Todd Grzech
CEO
Todd Grzech is the CEO of Integral Energy Services (IES), leading growth across specialty staffing and field services for the power industry. He oversees the IES platform—including Sonic Systems, International Wind, and Amperion—supporting customers in nuclear, wind, and battery/electrical energy storage.
With more than two decades of executive leadership in energy services and infrastructure, Todd has guided organizations through complex operating environments and ownership transitions. Before IES, he served as CEO of Detroit Renewable Energy, where he led performance improvements across safety, efficiency, and cost—supporting major financing milestones and an ownership change. Earlier, he spent nearly two decades at PIC Group in senior leadership roles, helping expand services and build long-term utility and industrial customer relationships across multiple markets.
Jack Buonanno
Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing
Jack Buonanno is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Integral Energy Services (IES), responsible for customer growth, strategic partnerships, and market positioning across the IES platform.
Jack brings more than two decades of sales and business development leadership in capital-intensive industries, with deep experience serving utilities and the broader power generation market. Prior to IES, he led sales for Detroit Thermal, a regulated utility serving downtown Detroit, where he helped strengthen commercial strategy, pipeline development, and CRM adoption. Earlier, he held senior business development leadership roles at PIC Group, directing global sales efforts and managing teams across multiple regions while supporting major utilities, EPC firms, and industrial operators.
